Managing Change in Entrepreneurial Ventures

by Dr. Vincent Amanor-Boadu, Assistant Professor of Agbusiness at Kansas State University
[ Read & Download ] The only real constant in life is change. But change is not uniform. There are three types of change based on perception: natural, imposed, and personal. Natural change originates in nature and humans have minimal influence over its occurrence. Imposed change originates from other humans. Personal change, on the other hand, involves events that are self-initiated. Of the three, business managers have the most control over personal change.
